Perched above the coastline in one of San Juanillo’s most private residential communities, Villa Fuentes is where tropical luxury meets thoughtful design. Surrounded by native forest and panoramic ocean views, this coastal estate offers over 4,800 ft² of living space across a main residence, guesthouse, pool terrace, and expansive entertainment areas.

From the moment you pass through the elegant iron gate, the atmosphere is one of calm sophistication. A peaceful courtyard fountain leads into the main house, where a seamless indoor-outdoor layout draws your eye to the lush canopy and the distant Pacific.

The main residence features two spacious bedrooms, each with a private ensuite, and three full bathrooms in total. Floor-to-ceiling windows, wide terraces, and elevated balconies ensure that nearly every room connects with nature. The gourmet kitchen—complete with sweeping ocean views—flows into an open-concept living and dining space, perfect for both relaxed afternoons and lively evenings. Additional highlights include a wine cellar and vaulted ceilings that enhance the home’s sense of openness.

Step down to the pool terrace, a tranquil outdoor escape with shaded seating and lounge areas overlooking the sea. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet morning coffee or a sunset cocktail, this space is designed to embrace the natural beauty of San Juanillo.

For those who love to host, the rancho offers an ideal setting: a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a wood-fired pizza oven, BBQ grill, and seating for up to 16 guests. Separate restrooms for men and women make it perfect for entertaining family and friends in comfort.

The guesthouse, positioned for privacy and views, offers one bedroom, a full bath, its own kitchen, laundry area, and a balcony with stunning whitewater vistas—ideal for visiting guests or potential rental income.

The entire property is surrounded by manicured gardens, native landscaping, and thoughtfully designed walkways. Additional features include a covered carport, secure gated access, tool storage, and a move-in-ready condition.

Whether you’re searching for a luxury primary residence, a Costa Rica vacation home, or an income-generating rental in a secure community, Casa Fuentes checks every box. Just minutes from the untouched white-sand beaches of San Juanillo Bay, and within easy reach of Nosara and the Nicoya Peninsula’s many natural wonders, this property blends peace, privacy, and possibility.
