The lower level features a sophisticated Cava wine cellar, a private one-bedroom guest suite with ocean views, and a two-car garage. Upstairs, three ensuite bedrooms are complemented by a lounge with a full bathroom and an additional flexible space, currently used as a gym, with potential as a wellness studio, office, or additional sleeping area.

Landscaped gardens transition naturally into the surrounding tropical environment, where wildlife and seasonal whale sightings reinforce the property’s extraordinary connection to nature.
